Don't go for more than 5 per day with newly created account just to be on the safer side.
2. how much pages can i like daily ?
5-10 Pages likes per day is not a problem even if you go beyond that sometime you can have issue and sometime you don'y its upto the facebook they keep changing there security options.
3. amount of friends metter ? (i tryed with accs that have friends and dont have friends)
Yes it Matters the most even if you receive friend req or you add friend request don't add or send too many friend req as it would get you under facebook security scanner.
4. how many post can i post on group wall to stay safe ?

If you make 5-10 posts at different interval you shouldn't hae problem with a new account.
i want to be able to - post on groups wall with url and picture and some text ...
it depends on the group and there security setting ,some allow pictures and links to be shared some doesn't some allow users to post some doesn't.
things i dont do - i dont post bitly (or any other shortner ..) links

you got a warning because you joined 20 group within few hours or so that could be the reason.
if you have joined 4-5 a day and after that you kept posting to few groups a day may be it wouldn't have received any warning.Anyway this is how facebook works we can try to ignore as much as we can but we can never be 100% sure about facebook policies and security glitches they keep on changing things.
