How can I point domain to another page using name servers as like dan or sedo do?

I have seen some people just put nameservers and it works with out adding any A records. is it possible?
 
Go to Google and type ''how to redirect my domain to another website'', follow one of the guides provided by reputable websites

Yes, it's possible, but you still have to go to the hosting provider of that nameserver and change the DNS record there.
