Write articles.... One article each day can get you at least $10 and people spend, in average, around 60-90 minutes to write one well researched SEO optimized article.
Not to hard man and it doesn't require any special set of skills. People who decide to buy articles that are in $5-$10 price range can't expect some special quality and I'm pretty much sure that everyone can write such articles. It doesn't even matter if you aren't native English speaker.
If you are not interested in writing articles, then search through the forums. Just type ''Method'' into search box and you will be able to find over 200 methods waiting for you. Some of course won't work for you but if from 200 methods you can't find 2 which will work, then I advice you to stay away from IM.

I know some sites that pay,I have sent application and waiting for aproval,yet I have seen few sites that allow you to submit articles without long approval process and I wondered if you know some good sites

IM is not like a 9/5 that you make the same amount everyday
there will be days that you make money, other days you won't make anything, the next day you can make alot
1. you have to find a product or service to sell/pre sell or sell your own product or service:
1.1 offer a translating service on fiveer, something like "i will translate your ads to (your native language) for $5"
1.2 lets say you join a cpa network and you see that offer "win an iphone" that pays $ 1.20 per email submit. If you make 10 people put their email on that offer then your cpa network will shave 7 valid submits and you will make $3.60
1.3 clickbank is very straightforward and might give you some ideas too
2. drive traffic to that product:
2.1 browse blackhatworld
2.2 adapt the methods to promote your product/service
3. take action
3.1 ??
3.2 profit
