[HELP] How can i get approved? (as an affiliate)

Hi guys. The situation is the following.

I'd like to start my own online affiliate CPA network in my country. Today CPA is not so wide spreaded as in your countries, so the competition is not big. So, i'd like to start it and to work with **************s.
The question is the following: how can i get approved in **************s? I have no website, which has traffic. I just have some hundred of affiliates who can work with CPA. I don't still have affiliate website because i need API and access to **************s account. And i can't get approved to **************s because i don't have affiliate website. SO what can i do to get approved? HELP please!

could you explain more about this please? there is lack of information on their website (

i don't think there's lack of information on their site, but here ya go:

it's an offer exchange system between CPA network and advertiser
it's obvious if you want to create your own CPA network, you'll need advertisers

but idk much about them other than that you can read on their website
you should contact people here, who has their own network and ask them, they can tell you it's not an easy task to create and maintain the network

Make sure you have a nice looking website that drive tons of traffic.

Then, You will be accepted pretty easily.
