(HELP) HOW CAN I BUY BITCOIN IN AZERBAIJAN

I've been reading everything I could see on Google to see a way to buy bitcoin with Bank ATM or P2P in Azerbaijan.

I already tried Binance and LocalBitcoins but none worked as it seems no one is currently selling or they are not supported.

If you know an exchange where someone can easily buy bitcoin with mastercard or P2P in Azerbaijan, kindly help me out.

The card is MasterCard and not Visa. Can't Mastercard be used?

Partner with Bitcoin ATM providers to drop a few in your capital and you manage them, or set up a service to allow people in your country to come to you and pay in Manat and then you transfer some crypto to them.
