[HELP] How are you dealing with delivery time?

I want to start dropshipping and i have everything ready but whenever i decide to chose a product from aliexpress i see that the delivery time is 30-40 days and i think that can be a problem.
What suggestion do you guys have for this problem and what should i do?

However i haven't started yet and from what i have read you shouldn't get a dropshipping agent unless you have 10+ orders a day.
Currently i haven't started yet and on top of that i have a limited budget for my store around 600-800$.
I don't mind getting an agent but with limited budget and no sales i think it's overkill.
 
find a way to ship within 1 day, or customers will never buy from you again, we are not in 2010 anymore. So order the products and stock them at your place it's still better than making them wait.

I'm located in Europe and i'm trying to sell to usa clients, stocking is an option but with a limited budget i don't think i can order bulk & pay for a fullfillment center.

hmmmm okay, you should try to address this issue, the shipping time is one of the most important factor for repeating customers because people hate to wait when they order (which of course impacts how you can run a business profitably over the long term, calculate your CLV at the end of this year and every 6 months afterwards)
 
Im same like you and im procastinating since 2-3 years. Try to get USA Suppliers for your products to make delivery faster.
 
There are 3PLs in China who can receive your order from AliExpress, or whoever, and on ship to your customers within 5 to 10 days. Quicker if you pay more. Engage with one of those. You only pay a handling fee.

I think you can start using US dropshipping supplier such as spocket, printful, printify. You can get faster shipping from US warehouse, CJ also great. I found this great thread, maybe you can try his method, the guy using US dropshipping supplier

Try to find a supplier that has warehouses in your buyers' countries

You need to know your shit.
Keep AliExpress for testing.

Well don't believe everything you read online. Go with your gut feeling and best mind.
You are here to make sales not to follow others.

My recommendation, You found the product, so search the supplier for the product on your targeted country. This will get your product shipping to 3-7 days.
Or use Fulfillment Warehouses and stock there and use them.
 
1. Try to find US suppliers to speed up the delivery time. Even if you don't get the best price, you use them to get capital and buy cheaper from China and build your stock
2. Use suppliers from China. The delivery time that appears on Aliexpress is not always the real one, in some cases it is common to deliver before the scheduled time (in my country, for example).

You can inform a slightly shorter delivery time on your website, and if any customer asks about the delay, you say that there was a logistical problem, etc. A long delivery period is not always a reason for the customer to stop buying.
 
Keep using Aliexpress for testing, and find an agent with U.S warehouse for successful tests.
 
Just let them know upfront else you will be bombarded with chargebacks.
