[HELP] High PR Sites

Hello,

I just got to know that I have access to some domains that are PR2-6
And I wanted to know if there is any way I could get my website rank higher with thos? Like backlinking them.

Could anyone please tell me how I could do that?

Note. I have only DOMAIN's, they are not hosted. (But I guess I could host them, but I don't like building a lot of sites -..- )

Yes. Get the sites live online and create good content then place links from these sites to your money site and this will help you a ton.

And for an example, where could I put the anchor text? In the footer, article?
And how many other links could I add on the footer?

The best place for anchor text is within the content of a webpage. And to take it a step further; within the content of the page, the first link takes the lion's share as far as SEO influence.
