HELP HELP someone redirect my siteHelp!

I have one site get rank in google. and i found that some one redirect my site.

1: when i search keyword, i have saw my site at postion #3, title and description is mine,but the url is not. i have not seen it before.
2: when i click the url from google search results, it redirect to a new site, not the same as the result shows.
3: the google cache is not mine now.

need yours help now. how can i fix it?

send me your website, may be someone injected a malicious script which creates bulk pages with redirects
