{HELP} GUIDE TO CREATE NEW FB ACCOUNT

I have bought 2 FB accounts from here already, one was banned because I was spamming buy and sell groups and the other one i am still running but it doesnt allow me to request reviews from buyers, nor is it showing the number of people that follow me (Altough people have followed me based on the marketplace dashboard) and the guy that sold it to me is not answering my messages, I want to create a new account from scratch with the IP location that I am in, should i use a phone? PC? I need an exact guide as to how to go about and do this as well as warming up instructions for the account.

A phone is the best way to do this because it's legitimate. Proxies come second as a way to do this.

can create fb accounts using mobile or pc and need to manage the accounts separate by login out after daily operation to fill in new account.
 
You should use 4G, verify your phone number and email, and use the account like a regular user for a while

I think you should use phone because it will be better than PC
