please is there any alternative of GSA Search Engine...that run on linux ?

Most of the SEO tools are built for windows. Instead of looking for an alternative, get a Windows VPS from @GreenCloudVPS and run the tool from anywhere.

I would also recommend running GSA/Rocket X or similar on a Remote Desktop. First of all it takes a lot of interwebz, but will also drain your CPU & RAM if you fire it up.

I'm running mine at soyoustart.com.
