[HELP] Got the Domain Buy e-mail from GoDaddy

Hey all,

I got the domain buy email from Godaddy that someone is interested in buying one of my domains. The offer I got was 100$. I countered with 7000$ because I have no interest in developing that domain into an authority site at the moment.

The domain name is 10 letter long, no hypens, .com, never been used, fresh and clean and holds a highly searched term + 4 aditional letters. It's a generic keyword term but has tons of potential.

Did I ask too much for it? Would this be a deal braker?

I really need your advice guys.

Yes you asked for too much. A more realistic counter offer would be $200.

Hmm, thanks for the info. Oh well, I wasn't keen on selling that domain so, no harm done.
