Help!! Got ripped

Hey guys,
I got ripped yesterday by a website which sells tools for social media, I did the payment by BTC so I cant refund it anymore, all feedback on website are fake and their email is not working, and I called by phone a Russian girl pick up and she can't talk in English and most probably the phone number is wrong too. what can I do ?? I don't care much about the money .. as much I care to leave bad reviews as much as possible to stop their business.
