HELP! Googlebot can't access your site Error

Hello, My website is not indexed in Google and i got a message in webmasters


Running Website in Wordpress.
Robot.txt looks Fine
Hosting on hostgator No Issues
Theme: http://tyler.com/tesseract-theme/
Plugins: Contact Form 7, Beaver Builder Lite Version


What could be the problem?

Looks like when bot visited your site it is blocking or the connection has failed out. have you tried contacted hostgator regarding this?

Actually that's my friend's site he told me about it so i checked and the message is of 2015. should i contact hostgator about this issue?
