[HELP] Google My Business & Google Maps posting not working anymore

Hey fellow members,

really appreciate some help on these issues I'm facing with an old customer's account of Google My Business and Google Maps.
The company is a local real estate business with more than 30 years in the market, 700+ reviews in years old Google My Business with 5 stars on average.
Until beginning last week, every article posted in the GMB account dashboard was published without any problem as well as videos in Maps dashboard.
All of a sudden, doing the same procedure as always, the articles or the videos are posted and visible inside the dashboard area of the account, but they are not published to the public. (Not showing at all anymore when a visitor browse their account - only all the old ones posted until that day).
There's no penalty whatsoever on SERPS for their website, recently Google came to take pictures from inside their local office, and everything seems to work as usual.

Can somebody help me regarding this issue?
Some logical reason for this to happen or what kind of action can be taken to solve this....

I am trying to resolve a similar problem for client. In our case, the GMB listing keeps getting delisted for no apparent reason, and we suspect that a competitor might be flagging a system that is run purely on algorithms.

I am currently exploring methods of overcoming this bug, and so I too owuld be interested in hearing anybody else's experiences.
