Help Google is banning my IP

Hi, I amd facing this problem a lot. Goggle is soft blocking my IP. I do a lot of KW research using MNF and other tools. After about 40 queries, the IP is blocked. i am on a dynamic IP so can get a new IP in 2 mins but that is annoying. does anyone has a solution to this.
