    Hey fellow BHWers

I have some good karma, rep and thanks to spread.

A competitor of mine have started spamming sitewide links on my website. I have never used the google disavow tool, so I'm trying to figure it out.

When I put them in a notepad file like for example:
    "
    http://website1.com
    http://website2.com
    http://www.website1.com
    "
and I sent them for link disavow it says something like: "You have uploaded a file with disavowed links: 0 domains 3 web addresses"

So my question is, how do I disavow entire domains?

If you want Google to ignore all links from an entire domain (like example.com), add the line:

    domain: example.com

    Domain: url.com as mentioned above

But dont expect disavowing to work without proof of link removal mate. Google didnt make disavow so people could game their backlinks and have an extra layer of control. Its for webmasters that have tried to clean up their link profiles and couldn't and showed google that work.
