Is There a way to create google cloud accounts with VCCs or bank account without having to send verification documents and bank statements ?
I mean like it used to be before

Don't use Google cloud. Use AWS.

I am already using AWS . but I want to make use of the free 300$ credit google gives to new google cloud accounts

both seem to be good for me . But, AWS is less of a pain when creating a new account (This is according to my personal experience)
