Help-Google Analytics change Interface

Hi,
I noticed that my google analytics interface is different for some of my websites.
I have one website that analytics looks like this and I cant check the location of the visitors and so many other things are not available .
My other website analytics are ok and the interface and the options are as they have always been, see here https://imgur.com/eBpUILG

Can you please help me how can get the analytics interface and options to be like the second image?
