I tested with account add VCC, or add paypal us, or use edu email but Google Adwords always show $50 threshold. But i need $350 threshold, colud you tell me why they're just $50.
There is no fix or help, if your Setup is bad you get 50$.
This 50$ Accounts are not that bad, there is no approval on campaigns on this accounts, so just spam 50$ Accounts.
