Help Google +1

I see people offer 100-150 +1 on fiverr. Anyone know how thay do them ?
I know that +1 from same IP don't stuck and i still can't find good program to add them. Also all of the exchange site's don't work. Anyone have idea how to make them ?

A bit is easy to create. You can simulate a browser in PHP, have the page reload every 4 seconds with a rotating IP, and then just do a javascript call to click "onload". They don't even have to click the Google +1 on your site, they can create a dummy site and just direct the +1's to your site.

Then to make it easier, you schedule a list with Cron Jobs for URL's, and then run "ignore_user_abort" to have the script continue to run even after you leave the page
