help Good woocommerce theme

Really depends on how you are using woocommerce. I have used it as a plugin in on several themes that were not woocommerce themes and it integrated with no problems. Even on a woocommerce theme it is still just a plugin within a wordpress theme. Someone correct me if I am wrong but that is how it appears to me. I have used Maya shop and Cheope shop, both premium themes, and they are great for full blown retail sites.
