Help Getting US Paypal account Verified

Hi guys!

I need to get a US paypal account verified on my own, and this is my first time doing this, so I'm not sure how the process is like? I'm not from the US though, but I have a private us proxy that I can use.

I figured that I can fake an address, and register a US paypal acc with the private proxy, after that I get a VCC to verify it.

However, I want to do some due diligence before I go about doing this. Can anyone kindly tell me what is the process for verification with a VCC like? I know for an actual CC, they will charge you a refundable $1.50, and then you'll have to see the transaction number on your CC statement, log into paypal and then key in that number and your account is verified. But since its a VCC, there's no statement, so I'm wondering how is this done?

Oh, fyi, I'm only using this paypal account for a very simple purpose, and that is to generate VCCs from it, there will only be money transferred into it from another paypal acc when the VCC is needed. I will never be withdrawing money from it :)

Hi Blackmouse. You may rather go with a USA aproved Canadian account it is the same thing but requires less. I would recommend pitchblack if you have the money to spare. If he is still selling EPN's that is.

I have taken a gander and truly believe Canadian EPN with a Canadian PayPal is the way to go. I think there are a few threads on canadian EPNS if you wanna check it out for yourself . Some even give you a walk through on how to do this.

As far as a proxy goes a few have told me proxies will not work. I may be wrong but it is something I have heard and have been told to actually use a VPN = Virtual Private Network. I may be wrong on this but I have been looking around and thinking about all this for myself. I have yet to act on anything though.

Just thought I would share what little information with you I had so far.

I may be getting a EPN in the future, but for now I just need a Paypal account that I can use to generate VCCs. I'll be needing quite some VCCs and it'll be costly in the long run to always purchase them alone. So I was thinking of just generating them from paypal. :)

Thanks for the info on EPN though, maybe when I'm done with the methods that I'm focused on now, i'll move on to milking egay?

hmm, maybe open proxies won't work.. but I have a high annonymous private proxy. No one else but me uses it, so its just like another resident in the us. Looks pretty normal to me :)
 
Can you create a VCC from any PayPal account? I thought this is something available only to US PayPal only. Remember to verify US paypal you also need a bank account VCC alone cannot do the work.

A friend tried to use proxies to fool PayPal and it did not work. They detected them.
 
Do not use a proxy whatsoever when creating a US PayPal account and when logging into it. They are able to determine if a proxy has been used and will immediately freeze your account. And I do know this from experience, lol. I lost $600 in the process, but lesson learned. You will have to attach a bank account to complete the verification process.
 
Maybe a dumb question but can I go get a $25 prepaid visa card and verify paypal??? I see conflicting reports everywhere. Thanks guys
 
I think for US paypal account you need bank account for verification. Credit card or prepaid visa card alone can not do the job.
 
do you know that site? voucher-vcc-vpn.com . they are providing us bank account to verify usa paypal account , voucher , avs vcc . I bought us bank account at there too . good support , trust seller .
 
Yes you need a bank account to get verified. It takes 2-3 days.

You can have real bank account even from broad, you can try hsbc.com they offering this service, I think also they offering ATM card, I did not do it but a friend of mine told me about.

And HSBC branches are all over the world so It will not be a problem if you call them or go the branch to ask about opening an account...

This is a good way to go. just get your account verified and slowly pull your money out or just pay for stuff.

Their price is really good. I almost got a pp verified for $65 and they are charging much less. I'll try them and see what happen.
 
I need to buy a verified US paypal acct, anyone selling, hit me up, and no stolen accts pls.
