Help getting Amazon.com giftcards with paypal?

Hey. I'm not in the US, few months ago i was buying amazon.com giftcards with Gyft.com, which is pretty well known, i want to buy a new laptop, found a perfect fit for me for $650 but when i went to gyft.com to try and get the giftcards (Since i'm from Venezuela and i only have paypal balance, nothing else) i got an error stating their service for amazon.com giftcards is only available for people in the US now...

So, can i get any ideas on what i could do? I don't want to be buying them from people i don't know and end up getting scammed. Is there a good well known service i could use?

And the paypal debit card is not available in my country, before you ask.

Amazon GCs are connected with high fraud in general as one can buy bitcoin and some other things with them, that is why they're often being used to cash out stolen/hacked PP or CC or whatever. So I'd be surprised if one can buy 650$ Amazon giftcard online with PayPal or CC or whatever.
Even stores that happen to sell those GCs once are shut sooner or later because they get lots of chargebacks.
