I have an e-commerce (dropshipping business) and just now all my costumers that select payment method via 2checkout are being directed to a 3DSecure page to add more info and password.
The problem is that I will lose 99% of my sales via 2checkout because no one (included me) would know how to proceed in this case. I've never dealt with 3DSecure page before and I'd probably close the window if I was a costumer too. I already lost the last 6 sales because of this.
Anyone knows how to bypass 3DSecure page or a way around for this? This is killing my conversion rate.
I'd appreciate any advice!
