Help for vetting website to buy.

I found an interesting website on Flippa to buy and I would ask, if an experienced website buyer could explain to me how the vetting is done using this example. In case I would pm the url to him. Or I can put it here for open discussion, if BHW rules permit. I don't mind if another one buys it. Just want to learn how to vet. There will be other opportunities for me, once I know that.
