Help for Sitemap

Hi everyone
I want to ask those who have ranked their page on first page on Google.
How do You submit the sitemap, only the index, or all the pages are included ?
Please help me.

You can submit a sitemap via GWT (Google Webmaster Tools). If using Wordpress you can use Yoast SEO plugin, or Google XML Sitemaps. They will create a sitemap for you and you can submit that via GWT
