Help for personal domain names rank in serp.

Hello Friends,

I have domains with personal names tld
.in,
.net
.net.in
.co.in
.firm.in
.org.in
.gen.in

I want to rank my all those domain name in serp for my Personal name but one of the old age domain always rank in top.
How can i improve my ranking for my personal name and get down the old age domain.

Any idea please help me..!!

I am doing same but for a time being my domain is come up and then goes down. below the old age domain.
