Help for my first affiliate site.

hi ,

i want to start an arabic affiliate site ,why arabic ? because I'm arabic,my english is poor and there is no much competition and my budget is small (500$) .
So i have some question :

1) I can't find good projects to promote and an expert on internet marketing tell me that do not promote clickbank products if my market is arabs,i don't know why ,what you think ?

2) In my opinion it's not a good idea to send a person from an arabic affiliate site to english product site .but if you have an other opinion let me know .

Why don't you try arabic affiliate program, should be match with your market.

I am currently doing this but the Arabic market is weak in this area
For Adsense you know very well that this type of site does not have high traffic and cpc in Arab countries is low

Esiyow, Brazil (where I'm from) has an affiliate network just like clickbank, and I also have a limited budget
They offer an email list for retargeting and custom audience, but I had some bad experiences with paid traffic (never tried Fb Ads tho) so I got some courses on Fb Ads.

do you have experience with that? Using an email list from the vendor to create custom audiences

My niche is hair loss treatment and i look for physical products because i can't find digital products on arabic language. But for physical products also i can't find commission more than 10%.
