Hi, I have a question.

I'm dealing with an awful lot of annoying buyers right now on Fiverr. My gig's clearly state what I can do and what I can't do. But the buyers seem to keep giving me hard work to do with things I clearly state I can't do. Then when I got to do them, they rate me bad because I can't do the job that well!

I don't want to keep requesting to cancel their orders because it will neg my rating...

What should I do other than tell them to F off?

say what u gig can do and cant do on the buyer instruttions

Ask the buyer to pm you before ordering. Some will still just order straight away, but most will pm and see of you're able to do the work.

Make sure you ask them at the beginning of your description also. They rarely seem to read past the first few lines in my experience.

If they accept your cancel request, your rating will not be affected. But I agree that fiverr has some buyers with very little sense.

Send support ticket and fiverr admins will cancel order.

Better you send request ticket to cancel this order. Fiverr support ticket is very quick respond your request

I agree with the others... Send customer support a message asking to cancel!

Some people on fivver just expect way too much for $5. If you provided your clear instructions to the buyer, then dont bother replying them. Remember you have other gigs you can provide.

In the start, be helpful and answer all questions and do the little extra. Later on just link'em to your description and say it as it is.

Just give clearer better descriptions of what you can and cant do in your gig description
