    Hello,

I've been looking for a good host with my requirements for a while now. Any suggestions?

-100% anonymous, information about me will never be provided.
-allows warez linking, or at least warns before shutting down a website (heard many bad stories)
    -Is fast 100mbps or above
    -Tons of bandwidth (preferably unmetered)
-Preferably hosted in America, as my site is in Spanish I don't mind latin american hosts but don't mind location as long as the host is fast.
-Is managed or at least helps install and set up everything from the start.
-Includes a control panel and the obvious software (php, etc...)

I have a budget of up to $110/month. Any suggestions?

    Thanks

Honestly I doubt you are going to find a host in the US that fits your requirements. They will all roll over on you at the drop of hat and finding one that allows warez is a lot more difficult than it used to be.

Host it yourself. That's the only solution you have, unless you compromise on your requirements.

As far as I'm aware, every hosting provider keeps logs and stores details of their customs for security reasons. If they allow Warez content, then I'd thought the data storing would be even more strict simply because it's within a market that in some countries can result in illegal content.

As a host I can tell you right off any hosting company in America has to abide by DMCA and that means if they get a request for your info from a lawyer under DMCA they MUST give them your information. Its just how hosting in the US work, hosts wouldn't be provided bandwidth if they didn't comply to this. So if you need fully anonymous hosting you wont be hosting in the US. Look at what just happened to burstnet and blogetery as an example.

Your best bet would be to get a dedi and host yourself, but even then your dedi provider will drop on you if they get enough crap. Trust me, I used to work for a very liberal host and they turned on dedi customers if they got enough crap.
Try the planet and look for some of their specials.
