Help finding exe file to promote with revenyou

Would anyone be able to help me with this? I can make exe files with 7zip but I just don't know how the process works.. which a part of that is because I'm not able to test out the revenyou downloads/installs without worrying about getting banned.

I just want to have one fake setup.exe file that I can use for everything PPI. Any suggestions?
