Google does not know what IP address you used to create backlinks (unless you are doing it on something like G+). They know the IP addresses of the different properties you create, but they'll never know what IP address you personally are using.

I think you are a bit over your head and probably should learn a bit more about SEO first. There are lots of good reasons to use proxies but none of them have anything to do with what you're talking about.
