[Help] FBaccount is temporarily locked!!!

    Hi Guys, My FB account got temporarily locked for security reasons according to FB.
    It is my Facebook account with my real name and birthday. i have it for years now.

    The story started last week (especially 1 day before Easter day), My account got temporarily locked .
    I sent them like 5 IDs even if they required only 1 ID. i received an email within 24hrs after that since i sent them the photos via my Phone camera . I resent them again the same IDs but with HD scanner and within 36hrs, my FB account got reactived again without any problem....

    I am active only in one FB group related to my niche and sometimes, i reply to many pms within short time but these things were normal for long time...

    After 3 days, My FB account got temporarily locked for security reasons according to FB and again, i sent them the same IDs but still no replies from them for 2 days.

    I have only this message : "Thank you . We'll get in touch with you at the email address you provided after we've reviewed your ID. You will now be logged out of Facebook."

    Any help will be appropriated... P.S: I am using my Real name & Pictures and IDs and my IP without no VPN or anything.....

    Have you logged in to the email and check your support inbox link? Two days isn't unusual to get a reply for ID verification. I have had some wait up till week. If you go in your support inbox I would send the same ID in again via the support link. However it's very unusual to ask for ID again if it was already ID confirmed.

    Thank you for your reply.
    for the second lockdown, they did not send any "Thank you email for submitting Your ID" yet.
    I think they have to whitelist my IP.

    I agree with Islandman1010, two days isn't unusual. I've waited as long as 10 days for a reply. As for why your account got banned, I've learned from my experiences, that logging into new browsers or apps using your FB login and using the same credit card that was once used before (from a banned account) will trigger what FB calls "suspicious activity" & a ban. I'd go back to the FB support thread and reply directly to the first ban and explain your situation. Chances are you get the same FB rep lifting your ban since they were the one who reactivated your account.

    Before you do that though, take a look at your FB settings and check out what applications have permission to log into using your FB login. As I mentioned before, are you using the same credit card?

    You should wait a little longer. Sometimes I wait over a week, and I read somewhere after 3 weeks they will change verification and they will search you phone verification.
