[HELP] FB like hover up box on my current page

I see some pages that post a href type link in their status to another page so when the text is hovered over a new box pops up with the new page they want to promote...complete with a like box to like the new page so the user doesn't even need to leave the current page. What code is needed to do this? Also, I hear that promoting other pages on your current page is a red flag for fb. Is this correct? My page is adult btw, however I keep it fairly clean. Thanks for the help!

heh? Don't follow you.

That's easy. You just tag the username of the other page. If your page url is www.facebook.com/facebook123. Then tag it as @facbook123. Not much of a task I assume
