[HELP] Fb ad not boosting

First of all Merry Christmas to all of you <3
Please help me to solve this, after duplicating adsets my ad is approved but it's not spending only my original ad is spending others are not

Did you change the Targeting of the duplicated Ad sets, if not it’s likely that you have Audience overlap and that means your Ad sets competing with each other and if you‘ve chosen the lowest cost, you ads will not run

yes i have changed the targetting keywords and also videos and thumbnails , yes my budget is Lowest cost ,
how can i fix it
