Hi,
Need your smart advice from all of you Facebook savvy..
I have an online business that I've been planning for the past 6 months. bought stock. and opened my online store about 1 month ago. I was trying to use any possible marketing tool to advertise it. I have paid adds in google, paid adds in Bing, paid adds in Facebook and Instagram. I was also very active in the social networks, used shoutouts, manually sending invitations to friends and to groups and posting content relevant to my site. I've send a message with coupon to every new friend and follower. I've also used an automatic tool in Instagram for the last three weeks. Mainly for automating the time I'm posting and automatic messages to new friends. also follow/unfollow but not very aggressively (up to 200 a day).
Two days ago I've found that I cannot post in Facebook and Instagram. Friends tell me that when they try to log into my website through the link in my bio they get a message that this site is unsafe due to malicious content.... suddenly the traffic to my site dropped to practically zero! I tried to report that to Facebook but got no response. I've checked my website with the Facebook sharing debugging tool and I get the following message:
We can't review this website because the content doesn't meet our standards. If you think this is a mistake, please let us know.
I checked my website with many other tools and it is completely safe and not blacklisted. I am selling graphic designs. All mine. no nudity. nothing that I copy.
My Facebook and Instagram accounts were not blocked. But I cannot comment or post until I remove the link to my website from my Bio. But I'm doing all that effort to advertise my online store and post unique designs. Not to be a popular person.....
Why did they define my website as malicious?? Is big multi-billion Facebook revenging for me being too active for two weeks? Seems too harsh to me.... they are killing my business. they could have send a warning. when they define my website as malicious they are scarring away all potential customers.....
WHAT CAN I DO? Any advice would be highly appreciated! and thank you for reading all the way to the end....
BTW - I find it ridiculous that I have running paid adds in Facebook and a link that when people press on it gives them a warning to stay away. and I'm paying for that....
