[HELP] Facebook Security Questions

I created a fake profile and i'm adding friends with a fb tool which was found in this forum. Since i'm repeatedly getting threatened from some other fb profiles, It would be great if someone could answer these questions.

Does fb have different policies in different countries ?

I have a close friend who is a hacker and he works part time for indian cyber crime, he says facebook has strong policies in India and China. Though you use proxies they can still track the originating source. He asks me to watch out.

My fa_ke fb profile is not claiming to be anyone nor i'm spamming or threatening. Should i be concerned ?
