Facebook has locked my account, but I cannot receive the code via email to unlock it. Just sending the ID. However, I've tried several times to send an ID and it doesn't work.

Any recommendations??

You need to wait for 24-48 hrs.
Use a software called Incognito to create a profile and open FB on there
Try again the items you already know, it should work this time.

If by any chance it doesn't work, don't try more than 2 times just contact them right away with all the necessary info.

If your current checkpoint requires ID then your best option is to contact support. If you can still send e-mail please check your spam folder in your e-mail since sometimes it might flag the e-mail and send it there.

You can forget about that account as it's impossible to get a normal answer from Facebook support. Just use another account
