help exchange by country

Hello,

i am french, i have a website with many differents languages

i search help to register in directories in russian, chinese, japanese, korean, arabic, greek, turkish etc
because i am unable to know where inside these directories to register my pages.

i propose that people from differents countries who re interested by an exchange of help in an other language let a message here
they could by example just say there languages and with wich one they would exchange help
