[HELP] Encash Vanilla prepaid mastercard

I have 2 cards one with 100 and other with 25 CAD. Can someone help me withdraw the funds in my paypal or to my bank in India?

Try logging into your account and see if there is an option to withdraw from there, otherwise you can't.

The only way would be for you to buy a service from Paypal and pay using your card and have someone send you the money to your paypal.
