Help editing wordpress registration message

I am manually approving user registration to my wordpress site and users who register gets redirected to a message stating that their account needs to be approved:



Now I want to edit this message. But the problem is I can't find where to edit it. Tried looking at wp-login.php and wp-signup.php but didnt' find the line of code consisting that message.

Can someone put me in the right direction where I can edit that?

Don't edit the core files directly. Use a filter instead.
