Is there a forum/subreddit etc out there where people can group together and do things like share links to posts, comment etc on each others posts to help the post get more views,likes, shares etc?

Traffic exchange or something, sometime back there's a FB groups for email list owners who exchange or rent out list to each other.

For the social media aspect check social media exchange sites, not sure if it's still a thing but you never know.

There are quite a few forums but the interaction is not high. If the content is good, you can spend a small amount of money on advertising to push your channel up.

There are many fb groups that specialize in supporting each other to interact, try searching. Those groups allow people to share each other's posts, exchange likes and comments. or you can try apps like YTmonster, PromoPost
