[Help] E-commerce- Is it possible to require action before checkout???

Anyone know if theres a way to implement visitors having to share the site before they are able to checkout or require them to send referrals in order to checkout?

Any suggestions would be great

I'm using wordpress and woocommerce and don't know how to code anything really. I was hoping someone could offer plugin suggestions or some basic dumbed down instructions I could understand
