{HELP} Duplicator backup not working

i did a wipe on wordpress but made a backup using duplicator but when I restore it all it restores are the themes and plugins thats all, the previous blog posts and the site designs aren't being restored for some reason

You can always ask your hosting company to do this for you or to create a backup copy from their end, via live chat/e-mail

They should be available to unpack it for you (saying for the next time) but you could also ask them to help you now, depends of the company, but most will do.
