I know that it depends on the anime and how their copyright is for the United States. But my understanding is that many animes are indifferent if their items are sold because it only helps promote their manga. But still i would look more into it

I will not try targeting big companies like the creators of Naruto, One Piece and etc. I am not ure about action figures if they're under copyright also since many manufactures are producing it at AliExpress
