What’s one thing that helped you break through a plateau in your business? What kept you consistent on your grind, and what challenges did you overcome that taught you something valuable?

Breaking through a plateau for me was all about extreme specialization. Instead of trying to serve every business, I picked a single industry and became the expert for that specific type of client.
 
Digital marketing is ever evolving. You have to consistently adapt, sometimes even on a monthly basis. Also, digital marketing is vast, pick up a couple of things and keep working on that. You can't be a do it all guy. First specialize, then expand and hire others.

Smart move. Did niching down help you land clients faster, or just let you charge more?

one-man army = burnout . Do you master one skill first or just get good enough to start outsourcing?
 
Finding a niche and building processes around it helps overcome plateaus. Tracking key metrics weekly and delegating repetitive tasks also freed up time to focus on strategy. Staying consistent with outreach and adapting to feedback keeps growth steady.

Less chatting on forums and putting effort into working... usually does the trick.
 
Networking! Find like-minded people, join groups working on same niche, make friends and acquaintances.
Your personal view is too narrow you will need some more perspective.
