Help determine where to start development of the site.

I want to develop a website, which I will provide information to residents of the city, public cafe on the weekend there is free table, to provide reservation services, charging 1%. Tell me where to start, how to apply the design registration.

Well I would start with finding a good Wordpress theme that meets your needs. The great thing about using Wordpress is all the plugins that you can install on your site to add various functionality. So if you need to integrate a reservation system for example, they probably have a plugin out there for it. Plugins are great but it's good to find a theme first that have as many built in functions that your needing, this will save you some money. Good luck!

If you need a software then look at themeforest site(one of their site sell softwares) or If you want to provide information in post then you can use wordpress.

1. Buy Domain from domain registrar
2. Buy Hosting
3. Set nameserver to your domain provided by your hosting provider
4. Install wordpress or software you want to use.
5. If you want to use wordpress then buy a theme or use existing free themes provided by wordpress.

I agree with you for choosing wordpress as there are many themes available at my theme shop from where you can select the desired theme. Also for website design and development point of view wordpress is the best option as there are plugins available for almost all your requirements. So opt for wordpress and u will be cherished by its use.

Thank you friends, certainly acquainted with this thing. What do you think at all, what good will come out with an idea? In principle, often want to book a table urgently, start calling all over the place in a row, and you can not find a place. And then they do everything for you, and only 1% of the reservation.

Wordpress sounds like an awful idea considering the requirements of the OP. Honestly OP, if you have to ask this question and you actually want to pull this off, you'd be MUCH better off hiring a web developer service to get this done. You will not ever get an explanation here how to do what you want to accomplish.

Of course, I decided to turn to a specialist familiar because a noodle I is not raised. But I want to be informed at least at the household level, how it happens not to be a black sheep
