Help Designing Squeeze Page

Hi,

I need some help with my squeeze page, I'm pretty clueless with design and messing around with headers etc.

I want it done today.

It will probably take about 30 minutes.

I already have optimize press installed so you don't have to do anything with that. I will just use the default squeeze pages they provide.

All I need you to do is put the header up I've designed so it looks neat at the top of my page.

And then maybe use the Optimize Press settings to make it look neat but keeping it basic.

So yeah, the header putting up and a few tweaks.
