Help - Dating Sign Up Related

I remember reading a long time ago about a thread where a guy worked with a girl on Craig's List getting leads (forget method, maybe straight cam whore). The guy would do the posting and talk to them on a messenger and then hand them off to the chick on microphone and she would hustle them into signing up an affiliate to a dating site for like $19.99 or something.

I have a female that wouldn't mind doing this. The don't want to do nude or anything, but could flirt on the microphone. I'm just looking for some advice as I don't know what kind of offer and from where, things like that.
