So I've been dropshipping for a couple months. And I just had a customer ask why they paid more than what was stated on the receipt. That's because i dropshipped it from amazon to ebay. What do I say?! They're going to be pissed off! What's the best way of handling this? I need urgent advise!!

You can tell him, you are taking tax. But when you listed item, you should ask price with everything include.
Thanks

Best bet is to tell them that it was a mistake from the warehouse. That was simply the wholesale slip reflecting your cost of the the item, not including s&h and tax.

Appoligize to them for the packing error.

Problem solved 95% of the time.

Yup talk to them if they won't be interested you might have to take it on you depends how high amount we are talking about.

Do whatever it takes to keep them happy. Loosing even $100 is better then a negative review.

just tell them that the invoice is for the wholesale cost for 100 items, you purchase in bulk and the accidental invoice was sent. Everyone understands that is how business works, and as long as you aren't charging them 50% or more markup you should be fine.

You declare orders lower then the original price to avoid or lower customs charges to your customer.
say if product is $300 --->20% can go to the customs so that mean $60 throwed away--->customer never buy anymore cause is not worth it.
you have ppenty of sites that do that and you can even request a fixed price in the comment box,
